very good and reliable

Having wifi during our trip to Japan at all times was extremely helpful to navigate the cities, points of interest, restaurants, etc. I fully recommend this resource specially if you didn't have too much time to plan your visit.

I would give it 5 stars if the battery would last a bit longer, although it comes with a power bank if needed.

Great service everywhere in Tokyo and it was easy to use. Battery lasted a whole day, I never had to use the battery pack that came with it. Overall would recommend! Excellent customer service as well as I had to change a few things, thanks!

Delivered on time and return process is so easy!

Pocket Wi Fi was delivered to hotel on time.
Internet access was excellent.
Service was perfect, thank you.

The pickup/drop-off was quick and easy at the airport. Coverage was nearly flawless in all parts of the country (Tokyo, Nagano-Hakuba Valley, Hokkaido)

Everything worked out like it is written on the homepage.

Used this twice for both My trips to Japan. Works perfectly every time!

Every time I travel to Japan, I get a pocket wifi to keep connected during my stay. Rather than having to log in to many different hot spots, with the pocket wifi, I log in once and am good for the entire trip. This was the first time renting from Japan Wireless. When there was an issue, the problem was settled very quickly. Other rental companies would have taken a day or two to resolve the issue. Japan wireless had the unit replaced within a couple of hours. Outstanding customer support!!

Your Wifi is bery Reliable. I would say in a Scale of 1- 10, its 9.

Thank you
