Easy to find, easy to use, it was perfect for our trip in Japan !!!

Having Internet in Japan is a 'must' and Japan-wireless make it real easy for the user

Customer service Is fast and reliable. The pocket wifi works great.

No problems, easy to use, very happy

I had it delivered to my hotel in Shinjuku and used it for 14 days from Tokyo down to Kyushu (Hakata, Beppu and Nagasaki) and then also in Hiroshima. It always worked. I used the spare battery once. Would rent from this company again.

Very easy to order and pick up at the airport, easy to use and worked perfectly for the 10 days I had it. If I go to Japan again I will get it again.

Never let me down. Great device!

Great charge, signal, speed and coverage

We rented the wifi at haneda airport for our 2 week Japan honeymoon/trip. I think it is an absolute must if you go to Japan - this is the MOST essential purchase we made.

The company was professional and easy to handle, even the drop of was smooth when we left the country.

Highly recommend the Japan wireless.

Good service! Good product!
