So easy to avail! I like that we can order our pocket wifi's in advance so that when we arrive at our hotel, the pocket wifi's are already with the concierge for claiming. Very convenient and safe. It's great that they include a powerbank which is convenient during heavy use.

It is also easy to return which is via mailbox or sometimes the hotel concierge returns the devices for us.

Service, pickup and returns were all excellent. Battery life was not enough to go all day but it got the job done

Easy to setup and use while in Japan. The extra power bank was bonus. Would definitely use this service again.

We had a special price offer because of the lockdown, so happy about the price.
Wifi worked very well. Only negative was, you had to stay close to the item when calling over the internet. So my son had the wifi in his backpack and I couldn't walk to far away when answering a call from my husband.

Easy to set up and just made our trip so much easier. We got the unlimited, connected 2 phones, and ipad and a laptop and no issues. Would have bee so lost without this, helped with directions, language barriers and even just being able to look stuff up with ease. All at a fraction of the roaming costs we would face if it had not been for this
