JW mobile internet was a lifesaver in Japan! Internet 24/7 which was reliable and the spare battery came in very handy. Pick-up process and drop-off were very straightforward. Could have managed without it. Definitely recommend!

Having the ability to maintain wifi connection while on the move in Japan is a lifesaver. The device was very reliable and comes with a back up battery charger for convenience. It was not heavy and roughly the same size as thr average cell phone makingbit conveniently to place in a personal bag when on the go!.

Worked really well during our travel. Battery life lasted longer than expected, about 6 hr until I needed to charge it. Had three phones connected to it with zero issues.
