Was up 100% of the time. Easy to pick up, easy to use, easy to drop off. I'm planning another trip in September and will use this service again. I'm glad it exists and I'm glad it works just as it says. It's a massive relief to be connected everywhere I go consistently and took so much stress off my shoulders.

This was our first time travelling to Japan with my husband. The service was easy to book. Pick up was also easy to find.It was very useful to have during our 8 days trip. Connectivity was fast and solid .Easy to use, great network coverage around Japan. Will avail of this service again if ever I'm in Japan again. Thank you so much

Installed this prior to leaving my home country. Once activated in Japan it took less than a minute to find and connect to the local networks. Worked great the entire time (though I was surprised that most of the country is only 4G).

SIM worked great after we figured out the correct APN settings.

Absolutely excellent! We travelled to Japan in January and decided to try the wireless router option as we knew using data on our phones would be very costly. For the price of the package and brilliant coverage, it is definitely worth it! We used wifi everyday and it was particularly helpful being able to navigate with maps as most of the attractions/tourist sites were not easily locatable by signage alone. It was also helpful for us to connect to the internet to plan restaurants and bars along the way. Super helpful, I was initially skeptical but so glad I went with Japan Wireless and would definitely use this option again.

This was our first time travelling to Japan for my family of six. The service was easy to book. Pick up was also easy to find and we were pretty much set after turning the unit on. Travelled to two cities, no issues with connectivity and returning by the provided parcel was also a cinch. Will use again on our next trip.

Everytime I come to Japan I use Japan Wireless. It is great to be able to have it delivered right to my hotel on arrival. If you have any questions or concerns they reply quickly and promptly
