Pocket wifi pick up was easy to pick up and use. It was also nice because I didn't have to worry about how much data I was using especially since Google Maps uses a lot.

Great coverage and nice to have the ability to share with your group with multiple devices but not too good when one of you likes to wander and explore and they don’t have a separate eSIM/ international sim or international roaming on because they will be totally without internet unless you give them the portable wi fi and hopefully the rest of you have your own international roaming working properly or just grab some free wi fi somewhere or back to the hotel, also not so cheap from memory but it’s our first time in Japan so never really tried other options to compare to. great service though since the portable wi fi was delivered to the hotel directly so I didn’t have to line up at their pick up location and I just put the device back into their included return envelope and popped in a Japan post box at the airport before we left

From the very first service engagement and service with device in hotel from arrival - easy instructions great email support reminders - reliable coverage - will definitely use service again! Highly recommend

De la commande au renvoi, tout a été très simple. Livraison à l'hôtel dans les temps. Tarification très correcte. Utilisation facile pendant le séjour.

Easy to use and very efficient

The Wi-fi was extremely easy to book, pick up and return. The speed was very good. However it used to get discharged quite quickly at times. Even thr spare power bank given used to get discharged quickly. Apart from these 2 issues, I really enjoyed using the pocket wi-fi

unit worked very well all time. Easy to collect (in our hotel) and easy to drop off to any mail box. Excellent service. MH

Thanks guys - smooth service and easy drop off at the end.

Bon rapport qualité /prix
Utilisation facile

It was an excellent service, no signal issues (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara) and good battery life. We had an external battery as well but we barely needed it.
