As always, no problem with receiving the pocket wifi. It stopped working when we were in disney but after informing the company they sent us another unit as soon as they cpuld. Very responsive and helpful. Will definitely be using this next time we visit Japan. Thank you!

Service was great! The wireless was delivered to my hotel even before i checked in. Instructions were simple. Will recommend to others
