Will definitely use JW again next time!

This thing worked absolutely great!!! Definite needed when visiting.

Very good connection

From pick up to drop off, the entire process was seamless. Picked it up at haneda airport and dropped it off in a mail box right outside the airport (mailer is included with the pocket WiFi).
Now for the device itself… I used it for 2 weeks around Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Mt. Fuji area. Had connection in all places and rarely had issues. Occasionally it would restart, but this would usually happen at night. It would also occasionally disconnect from my phone but would reconnect. Got around fine without using the portable when it was charged every day. I had 2 devices connected. Whenever one device was too far, it would disconnect. If you are sharing this with friends please make sure you’re close by.
Overall, great device. Would use again!

We loved our pocket wifi and the seamless luck up and return. The device is small and very light and one charge lasts for a full day of web navigation and access if only we could get the same in other countries and save on roaming charges!

Japan Wireless was wonderful!! Had service & speed everywhere. Highly recommend using Japan Wireless as it is so convenient with easy airport pickup & drop off!! Having the battery charger included was a huge plus!! Definitely will use Japan Wireless on my next visit to Japan!!!

We are family of 4 and we conveniently used the premium pocket wifi for our whole 2 weeks trip in Japan. A MUST have!

It was great having the comfort of knowing that I didn’t have to worry about staying connected to people by home and being able to have wi-fi coverage everywhere we went. Thank you Japan wi-fi

The wifi is fast and unlimited. Very useful when travelling to Japan.

Worked perfectly 2nd time I have used Japan Wireless .
