Good service, happy to have it

Everything was easy - from picking up the mobile WiFi, turning it on and connecting, consistent WiFi and returning the mobile Wi-Fi.

Japan wireless made our trip easier for us to navigate all over tokyo and osaka, and it’s way cheaper to rent this pocket wifi than getting one from my own country. The connection is so fast, even in most subways it was functioning. We were able to navigate to the places where we wanted to go because of this pocket wifi that we rented from Japan Wireless and I will definitely rent one unit again when we get to Japan!

Ordered the pocket wi-fi two weeks in advance and had it sent to our first hotel. It was there right when we checked in. The device was very easy to set up, with English instructions. The wi-fi was about the size of the old Nokia 3210 cellphone - very portable. I carried it in my backpack, along with the battery pack - just about everywhere and run it all day and into the night. When the device was running low on battery it was a simple task to just plug into the battery pack. Good, reliable wi-fi everywhere for us.

Good service, everything worked as it should

We used it for 15 days without problems. It was in our first hotel e we return it in the post box at the airport. Very simple to use it.

Delivered at promissed in Kansai Airport. Worked verry well in all regions we visited in Japan. Just my Iphone didn’t show signal strenght bars from some reason, but this is not a big deal.
