I accidentally got the 15 day sim when I actually wanted the 30 day sim. They were able to quickly respond and refund my order so I could reorder the correct one. Pickup is easy because they give you a map and the employees at the counter are expecting you so it was an extremely smooth process to pick up my sim. The sim comes with clear instructions and a Sim pick to help you install it, again an effortless process. My phone (Samsung galaxy 20FE) was compatible and I never had to worry about not having internet access or not having enough GB because it is unlimited. Cost effective and easy, will definitely use again.

Lasted a long time.

When our hotel had spotty wifi, we were in a jam, as we needed internet access desperately, but we were in the middle of rural Japan! Japan Wireless to the rescue! We were able to order and receive pocket WiFi in just a few days, delivered to our hotel in a rather far corner of the country. The service was prompt, courteous. Return was easy--just put everything in the prepaid envelope and drop off in a post box or office and you're done! The only drawback was that the device battery was short, maybe 2 hours, and the extra battery provided gave another 2-3 hours. For most of our needs, this was not a problem, but it became a problem on a long shinkansen ride.

Easy, convenient, and affordable!

We booked the pocket WiFi online and picked it up at Haneda after arrival. It was super easy. We were in Tokyo, Kyoto and Hakone with our family of four using it constantly. We never had any connectivity issues and it was fast.
We were given an envelope to mail
It back on our departure from Narita. We dropped it in the mailbox right before immigration and customs at Narita.
Very affordable $71for unlimited WiFi 10 days.
We got an email on arrival in the US that they had received it back.

From the pick up at the hotel, the great speed over multiple devices and the drop of at the airport… overall excellent!
The battery last just over half the day and the battery pack they gave us charged it quickly and was sufficient to get through the day!
