I need to change my dates and pick up location twice in 2 years of renting WiFi from here. Both times the customer service aligned and changed my needs. They are the best WiFi rental company!

I have used Japan Wireless for years now and they are always reliable, great customer service, reminder emails, and easy to book, collect and return.

if you don't have an iPhone or high-end Samsung to be able to hire an esim, pocket wifi is a very practical alternative. convenient pick up at Narita airport, good coverage, 1 day autonomy and you have a battery if necessary and the return is made at the airport post box. Highly recommended. Good value for money.

Absolutely perfect- equipment delivered on time (actually even earlier), it worked very well and the return was very easy

I used it for 3 weeks. It was really useful, easy to carry and activate.

Fast and reliable internet, hassle free, easy to collect and return.

Top ! Wifi everywere ;) thanx

I was very impressed with this compact wi- fi device. It’s an essential item to have if you plan to travel around Japan without a guide.
With access to GPS it helped me navigate the bus, subway and train systems with ease.

We used it for travelling 2 weeks all over Japan and we were very satisfied. I recommend it !

Very easy to use, we have token for family with usage everywhere without any problem.
