I had a wonderful experience using Japan Wireless during my trip. Having the Pocket Wi-Fi delivered directly to my hotel made everything so convenient, and having reliable internet available from the very first day of my vacation gave me huge peace of mind. The connection was fast and stable throughout my travels.
The only small suggestion I have for improvement is to include a more powerful power bank in the package. The provided portable charger ran out of battery a few times during long days out exploring. Aside from that minor detail, the service was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it!

The connection was reliable, and having a Pocket Wi-Fi with me made it much easier to find my way around, check transportation options, and get directions to and from my hotels. It was especially useful when travelling around different cities. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the connection around Japan as I visited may cities was absolutely good.
