Everything ok. Good service

Just works. No issues. Perfect. The best part is that picking up the device at the airport, and return process (via post) is so well organized that it makes it a perfect solution for a short term stay in Japan.

It was great and practical for my trip. I love that is so easy to get one

I’ve used Japan Wireless three times now for portable Wi-Fi rentals, and they are consistently excellent. The device is always waiting at my hotel when I check in, the coverage works flawlessly nationwide, and the battery lasts all day. I love that it includes a charger and an extra battery pack. Returning it is effortless since the package includes a return envelope that can be dropped into the Japan Post box at the airport's international departures desk before the security checkpoint. Japan Wireless offers amazing quality and value, and I will definitely use them on every future trip to Japan!

Wifi worked really well. Had no problems while traveling throughout Japan..Also easy to set up with multiple users.

Good experience and field coverage. We shared the connection amoung three devices. The battery was not a problem thanks to the provided Power bank.

It worked perfect. Highly recommended.

Overall, the Wi-Fi service in Japan was very good. The battery life was great, but unfortunately, the charger didn’t work. Luckily, I brought my own charger in my suitcase, so I was able to keep using the device without any problems.

Excellent service. Kept updated throughout. Arrived at hotel as requested and was waiting for us. Worked well for my whole family for the trip and was easy to return.

Second time using Japan Wireless e-sim. Always reliable.
