Collection procedure is simple and straightforward. However, the router’s ID given doesn’t match with the router provided. I have to use the qr code to login instead. The speed and network were good and not much issue. Thanks!

Excellent speed and connectivity in Tokyo area and in Hakone. Device can run a little warm which can deplete battery if kept deep inside a backpack. Use an exterior pocket to maximize cooling and signal reception. Included battery for charging on the go was also helpful. Return process was the easiest of the countries we have visited so far. Would definitely rent again.

Product is cheap and easy to purchase. They also have clear instructions on how and where to pick up the device along with returning.

After a lot of searching reviews ,we decided to use Japan wireless for our portable wifi device ,very easy to use site ,arranged hotel delivery , Japan wifi also supply a a back up power unit ,we also took protection insurance which was reasonably priced and a language translator which was well priced

Arrived past 8pm but don’t need to worry since it was delivered straight to my hotel with no hassle!
