I have used my wifi package for 3 days now and I cannot fault it. Very useful indeed for up to the minute map directions and train arrivals etc. In constant communication with everyone at home.

I collected my equipment at the Ninja Wifi counter at Haneda airport. There are 2 corridors and Ninja wifi was tucked away at the back of a pillar so I missed it and walked around for several minutes before someone pointed it out to me. Once I got to the counter, everything was waiting for me and connection was instant and equipment fully charged.

The additions - a usb charger plug and the battery - were super useful. I would use this service again, only downside is having to carry the wifi box with you but it’s small enough to carry easily

One of the most useful thing you can find in Japan while travelling. Easy to use and very fast almost everywhere. Will book it again for sure

We booked the pocket wifi last minute. Despite that, the company was able to accomodate us. Communication was crystal clear and polite. We had zero issues during our stay, and had spotless connection. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

So easy, convenient, fast, available everywhere we went from Tokyo to Kyoto. Battery lasted alll day without a portable charger even needed.

Convenient pickup and drop off

One of the best service you can enjoy while on trip without any thoughts or schedule planned. And it’s good that we can just send it back by putting it in post box anywhere in Japan. The price is not bad considering how the wifi speed is fast.

Amazing , easy service. Reliable connection to internet allowing us to roam everywhere in Japan. We had 6 people linked to the one device.

It was really helpful to have- there's a lot of free wifi around in Japan, even at metro stations etc but this gave me peace of mind when navigating. The only thing I found annoying was I had to remember to turn it off at night or the battery would drain out, and it did take a while to restart when turned back on. It took a long time to charge so be aware of that. Overall, very useful if you need internet and don't want to risk relying on free hotspots.
