Recensies

Very happy with the service. I ordered the pocket wifi a month prior to my visit. I was kept up to date. On landing i picked the wifi from the designated area. I went up north to Nesiko area and it was handy to be connected. Only recommendation is charge the device every night to make the best of it. Better then getting a SiM card.

I can highly recommend this product as it helps to have Wi Fi connected at all times when you are travelling in Japan especially if you need to look up how to get to a destination

Very easy service

Can’t fault Japan wireless
If you’re going to Japan and need a wifi modem , look no further

Works great. Make sure to have an extra charger if you are constantly using Wi-Fi as the battery can go fast.

No issues, worked perfectly, easy

The service was amazing. From start to finish. I will recommend and use again in the future. I miss japan and love it's people. I will be back one day!

We were 100% pleased with the service. From pickup to drop-off everything worked as promised. Flawless connectivity for our two week stay in Japan. Highly recommend.

Very convenient and reliable, will be renting again on my next trip!

My flight got delayed so I couldn't pick it up at the airport. They were so helpful in changing the pick up. Thank you! Would recommend using.
