Happy with the Wi-Fi ease. Need better pick up location in the instructions at Kansai as the location moved in the airport. Easy to use.

This is our second time renting a portable WiFi through them and we are extremely satisfied.
We will always use Japan Wireless for our trips to Japan.

Really gdeat service. The device is handy and comes in an extra bag with a charger and powerbank.
It's very easy to use and we haven't had any problems with the internet connection.- one star because our Powerbank did'nt work but the customer service was great. They offered a replacement immediatly.

This will be the second time I have rented this product I get this in conjunction with a pocket WIFI so when my wife and I are on the ski hill together we can contact each other without needing two pocket WIFI's

This will be the third time I have rented this product and I can fully stand behind how easy it is from collection to drop off. I have never had an issue with coverage or speed.

I really enjoyed using the pocket wifi. There was no buffering, the battery was long lasting and it was very fast. I highly recommend it!!!

This service is a must when in japan, while there is a lot of wifi around you would have to sign in to all of them. As complicated as that can be, it's something that you don't need to do with this. Sign in once use it all day recharge at night and always be able to, find where your going, translate on the fly, figure out where to go next etc. Do yourself a favor and set this up for your next trip
