We booked our Wifi-Rental last February 10-21, 2026. Everything was seamless - from pickup to return. The instructions sent to us via email was clear and easy to understand. Overall, it was a great customer experience that would make you be a loyal customer every time you visit Japan.

It was super easy to use

I picked up when I landed. Set it up in less than 10 minutes. It worked well throughout our trip. Really good value for the cost especially when you find a coupon code. The device itself can last most of the day but they provide you a power bank which came in handy a couple of times. Return went smoothly as well. They included the return envelope and everything. You have to return to a red post box and lucky for us, there was one right where we were dropped off on the airport! So I was able to easily dropped it off. They confirmed that they received it within hours. Very smooth. Highly recommended!

I've used Japan Wireless for every visit. Every time the service is wonderful. And the device is warm while in use so if you get cold, keep it in your pocket, lol. I'll be getting this next year for my next visit.
