Was tricky to find the device on the airport to pick it up on arrival, but once I found it, it worked perfectly for the whole time I spend in Japan. Thx a lot for that great service, if I travel again to Japan japan-wireless will for sure be again in my pocket.

The products arrived in advance and they worked perfectly

Perfect all!!!!

I will use it again when I go back to Japan

The Premium Wi-Fi router worked perfectly throughout my short stay in Japan. It looked new and the battery life was good (although charging seemed slightly slow, not a big deal). Only issue I had did not really concern Japan Wireless’, it was the hotel reception who received the package before my arrival/check-in, and no one seemed to be aware and able to locate it until much later even though the package had been received. Perhaps what Japan-Wireless courier could help in future is to explicitly give instruction to hotel reception to expect a guest will be asking

Bon matériel, marchait parfaitement, envoi rapide et a su répondre de la meilleure manière possible suite à un contre-temps indépendant du service!
Je recommande!

Happy with the service. We used it for 4 to 10 people and got good speed in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Mt. Fuji footing area, Nara, Hiroshima.
We did not have problem with connection when riding trains and buses.

Si vas a ir a Japón, nada mejor que llevar wifi todo el día.

Easy to book and fast internet connection.Very satisfied with the internet service

Easy handling
