Good service!
Extremely helpful on my recent, week-long trip to Tokyo. Worked wherever I went. Very easy to pick up at Haneda, and to mail from a post box at Haneda upon return.
Pocket wifi was easy to use and helped us get around by using google maps on our phone without using data.
The router worked very well but the battery was a little bit weak
the mobile wi-fi router met all our wi-fi needs during our whole stay in Japan (several cities) ; we recommend !
I've been using Japan Wireless for years now, and have come to rely on the easy sign-up, reliable service (delivery and pick-up) and value for the money. Generally, the products provided are easily placed in a pocket and the battery life is good; cell and wifi connections are always easy to make no matter which city in Japan I'm in. During my recent trip, all of the above was true again, except the 4G personal wifi product (I paid extra for!) was somewhat bulkier than usual and battery life wasn't great. The extra battery wasn't helpful since it drained fast. I had to carry my own battery which made it possible to get through the day. It's worthwhile to check out the products thoroughly before you rent. This experience won't stop me from using JW again -- I just hope they will change or upgrade these products for next time.
Having internet access while in Japan was a life saver and Japan wireless delivered a seamless experience for me. I was able to use my phone to search for things as if i were back home. Being away in a foreign country where you don’t speak the language is difficult, but it was considerably better because of the Wi-Fi router. Thanks for making it so easy for foreign travelers Japan-Wireless!
Product work great! Never had any problem during our entire trip. Highly recommend to others visiting Japan to use this service. Will rent again will we return to Japan.
