This was one of the best value for $ spent in a long time. Very easy and seamless delivery , the box came in a sleek case, with charger and extra battery and return envelope. It worked really well. Return was a breeze. Good job!

Excellent coverage, very efficient system. Used twice in different trips and results amazing. Thanks

Everything was as planned. We received the WIFI device at the Hotel at the time agreed. The Wifi speed was very good and everywhere¡¡. We returned the wifi system in the same hotel, in the envelope given by Japan Wireless, no effort¡¡. I will repeat¡

La opción de recoger e enviar en la oficina postal ahorra mucho tiempo, en algunos momentos se quedó sin señal pero lo reiniciamos y funcionó muy bien.

You can't be without pocket wifi in Japan and Japan Wireless has the best service ever. Easy to order and easy to return. Also very fast customer service.
Will always order pocket wifi from Japan Wireless for all my trips to Japan.

Very useful to comunicate with friends and relatives abroad by fb and what'sup calls

100% recommended. Easy, effective, extremely fast and with full coverage even in the country side.

It is a must for every visitor.

Really reliable and good that they have us a battery pack free with it! Would use again!

Booked the wifi for 2 weeks, I recived it at the airport in the post office in a bag charged with instructions (and the pre-paid return envelope for the post office). I really like how everything was extremly simple, the quality/price was perfect and the insurance was really cheap too. The wifi signal also is really good, we connected 3 devices and had no problems at all even in metros. Definitely worth it! I'm going to take this wifi again next time :)

Absolutely great. Wireless from arrival airport to departure airport.
