Having WiFi was essential to our trip and our ability to navigate throughout Japan. It was so easy to use and carry. We had a couple issues with the charger, but were able to make it work and never got stuck in a lurch. Would hands-down recommend it.

During my staying in Osaka, I needed a Pocket Wi-Fi. After comparing and analyzing every offer I find on the internet, Japan Wireless was the best in my opinion. Communication is polite, fast and clear. When I picked up the device, it was fully charged and worked just fine ! Even far from cities, we could have access to the internet.
I trully recommand Japan Wireless and I will certainly use the service again !
