The internet was fast and reliable, reasonably priced. Pretty much all u can ask for!

Worked well everywhere we travelled (Tokyo, Kyoto, Naoshima) and much less expensive than paying our cellular carrier. Recommenced.

Our Japan wireless unit worked perfectly for our entire trip, what a great job it did

We had some problems because our device did not hold the charge but luckily you provided us an extra battery.

very good service - good connection
everything ok - satisfied

This was one of the best things that I had organised before my trip. The portable wifi went with me as I traveled around Japan and was used everyday from minor Instagram posts to looking up train times and maps to help me find my way. The wifi worked everywhere I went and was comfort to know that at all times I could contact my loved ones and be up to date with what was happening in the world. The Portable Wifi was waiting at my hotel as soon as I arrived in Japan, and was with me until I posted it back at the airport.
So if people ask, I always tell them that using Japan Wireless was easy, affordable and so worth it!!!

Delivery was on time. The connection was perfect throughout the country. The right price.

Very easy process for getting it (I had mine delivered to my hotel), returns equally easy (they give you everything you need in the package)

Wireless hotspot worked the whole time - we both used it across Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima and Mijayima

Even came with additional usb powerbank to charge phones and the hotspot if needed

Overall a great product and service - would definitely use again

Great service, always good signal and the battery lasted for a long time

Perfect service: delivery and return, ease of use and technical characteristics of the device.
