Waiting for us first hotel. All worked perfectly during our stay - always connected in city or countryside. Easy to return in supplied package.
Exactly as hoped for.

Easy pick and convenient return process. A must have if you don’t have an international cellphone plan.

punctual, efficient

It was so helpfull to have wifi with us all the way, everywere. And it functioned perfectly.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, appena arrivati in Hotel ci hanno consegnato il dispositivo che ha funzionato sempre al massimo, alla fine della nostra vacanza lo abbiamo consegnato in Hotel ed hanno fatto tutto loro. Servizio impeccabile.

Very good.

I rented the wifi router for 18 days, always connected. I strongly recommend this product

Very easy to use; I would use it again when going to Japan!

Great!

Easy use, convenient return, only thing it was somewhat bulky if were carrying it on your body but okay if it was carried in a bag or backpack.
