I love the service and have already recommended Japan Wireless to others. I've encountered two problems in my 19 day rental: 1) the internal battery and the external battery was not completely charged from the company. 2) The mobile unit needed a re-start setup when the external battery is connected after the internal battery is completely drained. The battery after fully charged will last for 11-12 hours. But my usage time averaged 14 hours/day. There are ways around this problem. Japan Wireless provided the service that I needed, communication with my home in Los Angeles. All of Japan Wireless advertisements encountered were found to be true and I highly recommend it's rental.
No problems with your service everything went smooth! Thank you for an fantastic time in Japan :)
Delivery on time and no issues during usage.
I was really happy witj Japan wireless. Always worked great and easy return
At first, I ordered the SIM card for a 20-day trip to Japan. Even though my phone was unlocked, I couldn’t get the SIM card to work for me. I stayed at the airport kiosk counter while froubleshooting it, and my boyfriend helped me call customer service on his local cell. He speaks Japanese, so that helped, but customer service also speaks English, and they offered to send me a Wifi Router instead for no extra charge AND deliver it to our hotel! It was waiting there for me when I arrived from the airport! And because I stayed at the airport kiosk to test the SIM card, I was able to give the SIM card back right away. A wonderful experience and the Wifi Router was flawless!
Excellent service.
Very very good
We used this the whole we were in Japan and it was very useful but a bigger power bank would have been really helpful. Luckily, we have bought our own but otherwise, really great!
Easy order - smooth collection in the airport - easy use - fast return. Definitely would recommend for the usage!
A very easy system that costs a little bit more but the ease of delivery, return and operation make the whole package worth every dollar. Definitely recommended.
