Internet was readily available anywhere, whether underground or on the bullet train. Came with it’s own portable charger and even a prepaid envelope for you to post it back for return at the end. Good service and I would recommend.

A must have device to visit Japan. Wish this existed in other countries. Great combination of convenience, price and efficiency. Could not do without it.

The unit I ordered was delivered to our hotel before we arrived and was waiting in our room. It worked faultlessly and gave us strong WiFi access essentially everywhere. Battery life was most of a day and the balance was handled with the external power pack. Return at our departing airport was just as simple. I absolutely recommend this as a solution for access in Japan.

I have been using japane wireless for years and it is so convenient and I have never had any issues. There maybe cheaper options but I keep coming back

Couldn't have done all the things we managed to do without pocket wifi!

Excellent coverage, charge lasts over 24 hours. Would have been lost without it. Oh and good value for money. Highly recommended.
