Worked great. I'd recommend to anyone visiting Japan

Convenient and good coverage. Pick at hotel, dropped off at any Postal box. Power charger included.

I would definitely recommend this company for their service and product. Everything was so easy, from the pick up at the post office to the drop off in the supplied mailing envelope at the mail box. The portable WiFi worked great, it was fast and efficient, and they even supplied a back up battery with it in case it was needed, and it was. I put the WiFi through heavy use with google maps while walking to my destinations, and for research for future destinations. My friend was also able to share the device with me which was a great bonus.

Very useful and convenient. No issues with set-up and use. Good price compared to some other providers.
It was at the hotel when we arrived and pre-paid mailer makes it easy to return.

I used the pocket WiFi for 3 weeks in Japan. It worked great for both my phone and laptop. I will use them again.

This is by far the best service internationally. I wish I could find this type of service in other countries that I travel to.

I was very pleased with everything about this plan. They deserve their no. 1 ranking in the reviews I read before engaging their service. The included extra battery is a definite plus but the one l got drained quickly and took forever to recharge. Fortunately the router’s own battery was a champ and I didn’t need to rely on the extra much at all. I’d do it all again, no question.
