The device speed and power are both good for the price

Japan Wireless has the best prices with great wifi devices. Their service is what keeps me going back to them.

Excelent service and customer service

This was one of the best things we ordered and sorted before our trip. Ordered for pick up at the airport on arrival and all was in order it was easy to use and the battery power was excellent. A must have for the mobile traveller on Japan!

Always conected in everywhere!

Very easy to find at the airport, service was fantastic no matter where we went!

Had a family emergency, so I actually cancelled our trip. They promptly refunded me 90 percent of my fees which I feel is more than fair

Excelente Wifi Nota 10 , acesso fácil em qualquer região

I would recommend printing out the instructions for locating the post office counter (there are blogs with photos) and potentially bringing your own battery pack, as ours didn't work. However, once we connected it to our wifi pack it worked excellently. Very easy to return as well. Only given 4/5 because the battery pack provided was broken.

I travelled from Tokyo to Miyazaki and I never had a problem with connecting to the internet.
Dealing with the company was easy, I picked the pocket Wi-Fi up at my hotel and my hotel also sent the wifi back for me so the whole process was stress free. I will definitely use this company again
