The pocket wi-fi was great! We did not have any issues with it during our 14 days stay in Japan. Totally recommend it!

I've used Japan Wireless several times previously and have never had any issues at all. In each of those times I had the router delivered to a hotel in Tokyo, but this time I was arriving in Sapporo, so had it delivered there. Unfortunately, the router had not been delivered at the time I had requested, and did not arrive until the next day. JW should be more aware of the lead times when shipping routers outside Tokyo and ensure that they arrive by the time requested.

they gave me a power bank also, i liked this idea. the speed was great for up to 4 users, some blink spots in Tokyo, but overall experience is excellent.

Pocket WiFi is essential to visit Japan with confidence. Very professional service. I recommend
