fast and reliable connection, perfect to travel around

Chose Japan Wireless mobile WiFi rental as it is the only true unlimited data WiFi in Japan (others state unlimited but still adhere to a maximum). Used for 3weeks traveling North to South and never had any connection difficulties. The whole process of order, collection at airport, connection set up and return in prepaid envelope at contract end was simple and went smoothly. The router and battery are small and light so easy to carry. The only reason why I have given 4stars (would give 4.5 if could) is because I found the router unit needed charging frequently, I turned it on/off when needed to save power so it lasted the whole day, which was a bit annoying. However, if I return to Japan I would definitely use Japan wireless again.

Immediately worked, we used it in 4, no problems at all, easy collection and restitution at the post office at narita airport

Speed, data and battery life all exceeded expectations. Loved how easy it was to pick up at our hotel upon check-in and how we just drop it in a self-addressed prepaid envelop and left it at the hotel front desk to mail out.
