My brother recommended this portable WiFi device, rented one for myself and also another for my partner as well it worked so good! Only issues were the battery life seemed to drain faster than I expected and the unit heats up quite a bit during active charging with the power bank that my candy in my bag started to melt, but otherwise a great find.

Thanks you Japan-Wireless for the excellent service. Everything, from ordering online, payment, communication, pickup, and return went smoothly and uncomplicated. The pocket wifi was easy to use and it worked perfectly!

Excellent! Easy to find kiosk and everything worked great the entire time! Smooth drop off option with prepaid envelope.

Ordered to be delivered at my hotel free of charge. Perfect, simple.

Fast connection! It is great that a power bank is also included.

Very user friendly service. Good, that a power bank is provided. It's definitely needed when you travel in more rural areas.
