correct,fast,efficent,effective coverage,,easy

Ordering was easy, I received a detailed email about how and where to pickup the device upon arrival at the airport. Easy setup. The device, as well as a supplementary battery and a charger+cord was delivered in a practical pouch and with an return envelope. Very convenient service, I always
had fast internet access everywhere I went. So practical for google maps and navigating the metro system!

As always, they met my expectations.

We received our requested mobile Wi-Fi set in time ready for us at Conrad hotel Tokyo. With two sets of smart phones attached to Wi-Fi, charged battery was drawing quick but extra battery charger provided by the company was helpful. Set was in a perfect condition. Will recommend to others and do it myself again. Dropped at hotel, another convenient way of returning the set without stress.
Overall a great service.

Easy ordering process, I hope the pickup process goes the same when arriving in Japan.

Great product, easy to use. Super easy to obtain, had posted to hotel prior to arrival and just posted back on last day. Battery lasted longer than what I thought it would. Would recommend and would use again.

Excellent Wi-Fi performance. Convenient delivery and return process.

wifi is super effective even in the underground trains. just be sure you have the power bank with you if you're going to keep the device on for the whole day!

Ordered the router before getting to tokyo. The router was ready for pick up in airport, no line or waiting time. The router comes with a USB power bank which is very useful during travel for both router and phone. They also provide return envelope for router return. Wifi service was excellent everywhere, I didn't measure the speed but I didn't feel I need to do, as it was working like a 4G or better.

Everytime I go back to Japan I try a different Pocket Wi-fi, but this has the better price-quality offer.
