Have used this company for the pocket wifi on every occasion while holidaying in Japan. Easy to order, waiting for us at our hotel when we arrive, and works every time.
Extremely useful having the secondary battery, which will virtually get you through the whole day with moderate use-age.
Good speed with unlimited download.
Easy drop-off through the postal system at the end of your hire.
Wouldn't use anyone else.

Best wifi device. Must have. Had no problems at all connecting anywhere in Japan.

The process was simple and easy. The packaging was very good. I did not use the additional power bank due it’s quality. The speed is under my expectations. All in all, I recommended this company and I think it deserve 7/10
