This pocket wifi helped us a lot in our first Japan trip. Instructions were clear and easy to follow so everything was smooth from claiming to returning via post. Will definitely avail again when we return to Japan!

100% recommend, super easy to use and last forever. never needed to use the power bank for it. Service was available everywhere, from even from the mountains of Hakone! would definitely use again. (:

I'm very satisfied with your product. The internet connection was reliable in almost every pleace I visited in Japan. I also had no problem with starting configuration. If I ever visit Japan again I'm very likely to use Japan Wireless again.
