How can i say...super service...a must x Japan

In Japan pick up at airport was easy drop off at the end even more easy. It’s a great service you get for reasonable price. Did not loose connection at all.
Would use them again

Picking it up, setting it up, and returning it was a breeze. The portable wifi worked perfectly for the three weeks we were in Japan... Even in the rural areas in deep Hokkaido! We really wouldn't have been able to survive without this thing :) definitely recommend getting this for your next trip to Japan!

I used japan wireless router for two weeks this summer, with no-limits data plan, after having reserved it from Italy and then having received it at Narita Airport postal office. Perfect connection even in Tokyo subway and at the top of Fushimi-Inari Mountain!
Great battery life despite the nearly continuous use of google maps.

Great! We rented two devices for a grupo of 4 while in Japan last summer and was amazing! Really easy to use, no connection problems at all. A must when in Japan!

I picked mine up at haneda international next time i would get it left at hotel just a bit easier it was excellent the mobile wifi i had a power bank and translator as well but didnt use it as the mobile charged up got thru each day would highly recommended japan wifi easy to use and return thank you

It works really good, high speed internet connection everywhere. The battery lasts more than 24 hours.
