Really easy to find at Narita International Airport. The people there were amazing and really helpful. Setting up was very simple and easy. Loved that power bank was included even though I rarely used it because battery life was so good it lasted me about 7 hours of constant use. Data speeds were also very fast and really cheap prices to boot. This was honestly a lifesaver and definitely improved my first visit to Japan. I will be using this again if I ever go back. Thank you guys so much for the wonderful service!

The Information given when ordering online was clear. Picking up and dropping off the pocket wifi device was very easy to do at Haneda airport. Signal and internet speeds from the device were good throughout our 2-week stay.

It’s easy to to use, just press power and you can instantly use this with your mobile phone. You get a extra power bank with it so you could use this WiFi device all day no problems at all!!
We have visited Japan for 3 weeks and Japan Wireless Business Pocket WiFi was the best and save the day. Without it we would never found many attractions to which we required to have google maps due to the lack of English speaking people around Japan. Customer service extremely good helped me when I was not able to recover the WiFi device from the post box in my building due to the unfriendly landlord. I will use again and I suggest everyone.

The battery was great. The internet was fast. I would suggest to put in extra traveler’s plug just in case if someone’s forgotten to bring one. I would definitely rent it again if I visit Japan.
