Received at the Narita airport Post office and used during all time of stay without any problems. Not sure if speed was the same as defined in the description, but unless you are going to play some online games requiring really fast connection, you're be perfectly fine

smoth easy service recomended price littel high but great service

The email with pick up instructions could be sent out a day earlier, however with a bit of asking we found the pick up spot. Everything else was very easy to use.

Easy and quick to pick up - I grabbed mine at Haneda.
Great service and package - fantastic to get a portable charger with it to ensure that the battery lasts longer !

all simply perfect, works everywhere even in remote places, highly recommended

Everything was delivered as promised. Would recommend this service to anyone who wants to stay in touch hassle free.

Decent price, simple service! Thanks for being available for support.

Very good would recommend to anyone travelling in Japan

I arrived in Okinawa a day or two after Tokyo had been hit by a severe hurricane. Despite this they still managed to get the router to me...I was very impressed. Don't even think anymore about it. Get a router for ur trip and this company was fantastic and well priced.

Such a useful gadget, delivered to my hotel, and very reasonably priced - I was in japan for three weeks and I took it everywhere with me. It even had an extra battery, which was incredibly useful, and the waterproof pouch it came in meant that it kept safe from any rain. Highly recommended - especially as five devices could be logged on to it at one time. Thank you, Japan Wireless!
