such an easy service to use. fast shipping, easy return and it kept me and my friends in touch with each other and with those back at home on our visit. highly recommend.

Easy pickup at hotel and airport post office. Also easy drop off at the airport post office box. Internet services were fast and reliable. Highly recommended! Comes with spare battery too!

On arrival @Narita the post-office was closed because of typhoon Hagebis. So not pick-up possible.
Send email with our hotel location, and 2 hours later the package was delivered.

Absolutely reccomend this device. Came to Japan for the Rugby world cup and it wasnt a problem at all. Had four people using it at once and the speed was amazing.

Ordered our pocket-wifi for a group of 4 people. Decided to have it delivered to our hotel. I paid for the pocket-wifi and from that day i got constantly updating information about my order. When we arrived to the hotel they gave me a big envelope with everything. We opened it and pressed "On", logged in with the password and that's litter
