Easy pickup and drop off at Narita. Worked well the whole 3 1/2 week trip throughout the country.

Everything was perfect. Very fast internet .. the battery was amazing.. I was very satisfied.

Pick up and return procedure was very easy. The pocket WiFi rental came with a powerbank, but I never got to use the powerbank—the battery of the pocket WiFi lasted all day (I was out about 14 hours daily)! In some areas though, there was no WiFi reception.

I would definitely would use Japan wireless again! Very convenient provided step by step where to pick up and drop off. Also extended my rental very easy to do on website. Very good coverage with the WiFi never had issues. Used it all day to navigate through Haneda and Fukuoka battery lasted all day.

Japan Wireless provided flawless service. Pick up and drop off worked perfectly and so did the router.

I didn't do my homework and had to make an order with short notice. Japan Wireless was able to respond to my message and made a special arrangement to pick up a device at a nearby post office. There was a little hiccup as the postal office was not tracking my name to pick up the device (was still under previous client's name), but it was quickly resolved when the company employee spoke with the postal office staff on the phone.

From ordering to returning the pocket WiFi everything was perfect. Long lasting battery, excellent coverage everywhere I went, an extra power banking.
