Worked well on various parts of Japan- tokyo, Kyoto, Yudanaka, Takayama, Nishiyama on the trains and walking. Good value

I was worried about data costs overseas , Telstra wanted $10 per day, however I discovered Japan Wireless, it worked without fault for the entire time connected to 2 phones. Speed was excellent , we even streamed TV programmers. 10/10

Despite our lack of knowledge of Japanese, it was very easy to understand how to use the pocket wifi.

Also, we never had connection issues, and never dealt with slow WiFi for the duration of the trip.

Another plus point for the customer service that, when we communicated we would pick up our WiFi a day later due to flight issues, were kind enough to reimburse the day we wouldn't use. Top service, thank you!

Very satisfied. Couple of days after the begin of my rental I had a problem with the device. I made a call and in five minutes the problem was solved. Four devices connected at the same time all day along and always very good connection and speed. Super, thanks
