Quick and safe order, quick delivery to the hotel, very good quality of the service (satisfied speeds, good coverage, more than enough data package), a little expensive but in total it worths it

I will definitely use this service anytime I’m visiting Japan. I had the unit mailed to my hotel and it was waiting for me when I checked in. Their prices are fair and the overall return process is as easy as can be. Zero interaction with people.

I highly recommend
If you are going to Japan, this is the most convenient and reliable wifi service covering all over Japan.

Last time I used a wireless hotspot through these guys which worked a treat, but this time I got the simcard which I could use in my phone and not have to continually charge a wifi hotspot and carry that around with me and that was the best!

The best provider that satisfy and stand for your demands.

Got the Sim card delivered on time and it just works as described.

You never have to worry about being connected, regardless of where you are. A must when traveling in Japan.

Excellent service, clear website and no hidden costs

Great to deal with very helpful and great fast service

Good communication and customer service. Device was a little wonky at times but that’s probably to be expected. Internet service was overall reliable. Easy to use device and logistics for pickup and drop off.
