Fantastic, easy to use and never cut out / slowed down

If you're travelling in Japan this is the best way to get around. Fast wi-fi and good reception even in the snow. You get a charger, cable, power pack and wi-fi unit in a little bag. You don't have to pay extra for power pack. I'll be using it everytime I visit Japan it made travelling around so much easier so I could relax and enjoy my holiday. Thanks so much.

This service is absolutely essential for visiting Japan especially if you don’t want to use a SIM card. My girlfriend and I were both connected to the pocket WiFi pretty much the whole trip had no issues, plus the little router is cute! Will definitely use this service again, can’t wait to in fact!

We had a great time in Japan and we never had an issue with our Japan Wireless device. It worked from day 1 and they even included an external battery. I would definitely recommend them

The service was excellent, rarely dropped out and only for a few minutes in our entire 2 week trip. Highly recommend.
