Like the ease of use and good price points

Very prompt replies and efficient service! Device works very well too.

Best Wi-Firental in Japan. Love it, no hidden costs and data limits... Try it

My order for pocket Wi-Fi was handled quickly and seamlessly, I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless!

Used the Wifi for 3 months while in Japan and did not experience any problems.

Customer service are very attentive and always helpful. In my experience, I arrived late and didn't pick up the device on time but luckily they deliver it to me the next day. I am so glad they could tend to my request. Most importantly their pocket WIFI has signal almost everywhere

This was one of the best decisions ever. I travel to Japan 4 to 5 times a year and this is the best way to ensure connectivity. Convenient and easy from start to finish

This is second time I rent router. It worked well and liked their customer service. And good price!
