The product works great. Have had it before. This one decently shows a lot of where and the battery is not great

in the beginning the first router had some problems, but after changing it, it works for 95% well. Sometimes, internet becomes weak, but overall it was good.

All inquiries were answered quickly by customer service agents. My package was delivered and arrived safely complete with the instructions and accessories mentioned. I used it during my quarantine so I was streaming movies and working online. Didn’t have any problems with connection. I definitely got my money’s worth.

Solid connection anywhere in japan. If any issues do manifest while under term they're very responsive and will do their best to resolve it in a timely manor. Definitely recommend for anyone who plans on moving around alot.
