It was reasonable and worked great.

I have ordered both short and long term plans. They deliver the devices very quick! (wihin 24 hours!) Customer services is very responsive as well. The internet speed is fast (same as the office internet speed), and you can take the device anywhere! It comes with power bank, might be bit bothersome to carry 3 things at once (phone, power bank, pocket wifi) but it works fine for me.

So worth it. Excellent service. I have tried many pocket wifi services and this is my favorite by far.

I've been renting from Japan Wireless the past few trips and have found them to be the most reliable there is. It's never failed me when i needed it. I highly recommend them.

J'étais un peu inquiet d'avoir commencé mon abonnement trop tôt et de perdre un ou deux jours à attendre l'envoi du pocket wifi, mais j'ai eu la bonne surprise de le voir arriver très vite (le jour même je crois). Ca marchait très bien.
Attention à mettre les appareils (pocket wifi, chargeur et batterie) bien à plat (pas l'un sur l'autre) dans l'enveloppe avant de la mettre dans la boîte au lettre pour le retour, sinon ça ne passe pas par la fente! J'ai du rouvrir l'enveloppe pour corriger la position.

I have tried other 'Japan' services and have been disappointed. But now with Japan Wireless. And they have a local office in Japan and local customer service--so necessary when I had some questions. I will definitely use Japan Wireless again for all my annual trips to Japan.

Very Good Service, Quick response to questions. Good Signal also in rural Japan. Even after my flight changed it was easy to change the rental period without any problems. Can recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan.
