Excellent service, excellent connection, excellent price

So far easy process to order. I have not used the product yet.

Easy to pick up and return. Service everywhere we went, including subways and trains. No issues with multiple devices. Great price too

Before and after Covid this is the best service and device to avoid crazy roaming costs. I recommend this to anyone traveling in Japan. Avoid long lines at the airport and get it when you check in at your hotel. The added external battery is also a big plus. Easy to use and reliable fast internet speeds everywhere we travelled…from Tokyo, Osaka to Kobe. I’m sure it works great in the north but we didn’t use it there on our past trips to Japan.

Thank you for the leave of mind and world class customer service during our travels in Japan! Even before we arrived, our order was shipped to post office within our arrival airport. Instructions were clear making the pickup a 1 minute transaction! The return was even easier! We used the prepaid envelope, placed the equipment in and dropped off at box inside airport! We used the wifi box for 15 days without any issues! They also included the battery which helped! Price was the best out there, we didn’t have to activate our intl cell service saving us a lot of $$$$ and we couldn’t have navigated Japan without our wifi!!! Thank YOU! Thank YOU! You took such great care of us and our family! Will use again when we return!
