Reasonable prices, fast Wi-Fi, and it came with a battery unexpectedly but very welcome. And the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend

Highly recommend Japan Wireless for mobile router while in Japan. Picked it up hassle free at Haneda and dropped it back off 13 days later at post box in the terminal. Couldn’t have been easier. Linked to my phone in seconds and I had fast wifi up and down the country the whole time. Great battery life, never a loss of coverage and bandwidth was perfect for my needs, including video meetings for work. 100% recommend.

Funciona muito bem

Easy and convenient to use, much cheaper than roaming mobile charges and really good connection speeds

Great experience from start to finish. Wifi service was continuous, and it was super easy to return the package. 5 stars all around!

It has been very useful and practical.
The return procedure also very convenient.
I did not use the extra battery. No need to send the extra battery if you can charge the device every day.
Thanks a lot!

Easy and quick for travellers

Very easy website, received my confirmation immediately.

Portable WiFi rental came with a case with Wifi unit, cable, charger, and portable battery charger. It also included a pre-labeled package to return in the mail. WiFi unit usually lasted the whole day. It was reasonably priced. I would rent from Japan Wireless again.

Excelent service! Thank you
