Event though in the mountain and out off Tokyo, the network so stably connect. The power of device so much more for all-day (almost 2 days).

Easy pick-up at hotel and easy to return.

Our portable wifi's were delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival. The devices themselves were easy to use, about as compact as an average smartphone, and came with multiple language settings. A full charge got me virtually through the whole day without the need for the portable charger. The coverage was consistently good even across multiple cities such as Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. I will definitely use them again on my next Japan trip.

Was Great! There were some points where it cut off and not great with too many people on it (5-6) but otherwise was a lifesaver to use. Highly recommend so that a sim isnt needed

first time to do an online transaction for my pocket wifi. In previous visits (my last visit to Japan was 3 years ago) I would normally do this when I arrive at the airport and look around for the different providers after a flight. This is tiring though transactions with airport wifi providers is a breeze. But with this option, I can comfortably get my pocket wifi at the hotel or anyplace I will stay in. Very convenient. Sugoi!

We used this pocket wifi and never had an issue. Even when streaming it was great. Thr battery lasted all day for our use, we only needed to use the battery pack once to recharge during the day. We mostly used it for navigation, to Google things, and Google Translate. We were in Tokyo, Lake Kawaguchi, Daisen (Akita prefecture), and Towada (Aomori prefecture) and the signal was great everywhere.
