Despite a last minute change in pick up point, they accomodated our request and made sure we got our pocket wifi at our hotel. Prompt reply and good service.

Excellent service- good battery life and coverage.

Just booked my Japan Wireless pocket wifi. So appreciated the option to have the device delivered to my hotel in Tokyo. The website was easy to navigate and received my reservation confirmation immediately. Thanks!

Fantastic! No problems! Everything went perfectly! So easy to pick it up at the airport! So easy to return it! I have been a little bit nervous about this. It just sounded so crazy. But it all worked flawlessly! Incredible!
