When I had specific questions regarding the nuances of my needs they were quick to reply to my emails. It was easy to order online. Delivered in time. Easy to return. All were good. It would be even better if the price was lower. I wanted to shorten the rental by a few days towards the end and it would have been good to have a refund option for shortening the rental period.
